At first glance, Velodrome racing, also called “track racing” is a chaotic, confusing sport. Once you’ve seen a night of racing, the uniqueness of the events creates memorable impressions that are only amplified by the simplicity of the competition.
It’s an unfortunate fact of life that when flesh meets pavement (or gravel, or rock, or dirt) something has to give. That something is almost always your skin.
You are strong and want to try racing this year, but don’t know where to start. Racing can be a very exciting and fulfilling activity.
